Mandate
The Canadian Institute for the Administration of Justice participates in the improvement and advancement of the administration of justice by:
- Staying informed about the development of administrative law;
- Following the evolution of administrative tribunals in the justice system;
- Addressing key issues concerning the role and functions of administrative tribunals through special roundtables such as:

Collaborating with key partners from the administrative tribunals community such as the Canadian Council of Administrative Tribunals, the British Columbia Council of Administrative Tribunals and the Society of Ontario Adjudicators and Regulators.
